The room felt super clean and i found it recently refurbished with a beautiful bathroom. the bed felt really comfortable too. breakfast provided lots of choices like eggs, breads, cheeses, and fruit. i also enjoyed great coffee. It was a great way to start my day.
the room i had felt small and quite dark. i found the elevator very noisy, and my room was in front of it. it was hard to sleep because of this, and i waited for an iron for one hour. eventually, i didn't receive it.

FANTASTIC stay!
helpful staff beautiful room convenient location
The reception staff was helpful. They found us a BEAUTIFUL room hours before check-in. The room was decorated beautifully. The location proved convenient. Gothic area restaurants were all a short walk away. Breakfast offered an AMAZING array of options, including Spanish bacon. It set us up for the day.
The room was a little small. It was hard to open my suitcase completely.

The staff offered a welcome drink upon arrival. I received an unexpected upgrade too. The team members were warm and cute, greeting guests frequently. The staff also spoke excellent English, which helped a lot (everyone was so friendly!).

Breakfast had a great range of continental options. Yoghurts and croissants were available. Spanish bacon and scrambled eggs were also served. The breakfast area featured nice design and a cute ambience, and i will never forget it.

welcome drink convenient transport
the location is central offering easy access to many attractions the breakfast had many options and was great i liked the friendly waiters too the airport bus stops a short walk away so transport was convenient. the check-in included a welcome drink a nice gesture.
